SOCIAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES
Ciao Italia organizes, assists and encourages its students to do many socio-cultural activities in their spare time, making their stay in Rome a more pleasant and stimulating experience. Many of the activities are free of charge, others are at a reduced or discounted price. We cooperate with the Gaudium Cultural Association to allow our students to discover Rome and its art.
Cultural activities consist of:
• Tours guided by an Art Historian
• Viewing of Italian movies with introduction by a teacher
• Assistance in museums reservations
• Discounted prices for theatre, Opera, ballets and concerts
• Discounts in bookstores
Social and free time activities consist of:
• Visits to the neighbourhood
• Lunches with the teachers
• Parties at school
• Night life in typical clubs
• Sport clubs discounts
• Cooking courses for amateurs at a private house
School Library and Video Library
Students can consult or borrow books from our library. The movies, in dvd (with subtitles in Italian) are available for viewing at school in the afternoon.
A free internet station is at students’ disposal at school in the afternoon.
