RULES AND CONDITIONS
• One must be at least 16 years old to attend lessons.
• Lessons are normally given from Monday to Friday (mornings and afternoons), except on national or local holidays.
ENROLLMENTS AND PAYMENTS
Please forward the following to the school preferably 30 days prior to the beginning of the course:

After the confirmation of the course, the balance should be paid at the latest on the first day of the course.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
• If your cancellation is received 30 days before the beginning of the course, the school will be happy to refund the total amount except bank expenses.
• The deposit paid will not be refunded in case of cancellations made later than the above mentioned terms.
• There are no refunds for students who begin the course later than the official starting dates, for those who interrupt the attendance or for those who miss some lessons for personal reasons.
RESPONSIBILITY
The school is not liable for loss of personal belongings and for the relationships between the accommodation owner and the student.
INSURANCE
We advice the students to get an insurance coverage against illness or accidents. EU citizens who possess E111 form are entitled to free healthcare. More info click here !
PERSONAL DATA
The student authorizes the school CIAO ITALIA to include his/her personal data in a mailing list in order to register at the school and periodically receive information about the courses and the promotions of CIAO ITALIA. Whenever, pursuant to Italian law (Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003), the student can ask the school to erase his/her data from the mailing list by sending an email, a fax or a letter to the school.
